staying on track

well today is going good so far…im still on track and now that ive cut back on carbs the weight is really coming off……..and  i weigh in daily cuz it really helps me stay on track i know that doesnt work for most but i seem to go up n down alot if i weigh once a week or what not….i guess seeing my progress everyday helps me stay motivated cuz i got one of those fancy scales that keep track of everything your bmi,water level,bone mass,your bodys fat % its nifty….last night i almost fell off the wagon i was super tired and stressed and the kitchen was callin…..but i didnt answer the call YAY me:) i am usually an emotional eater and thats way bad….im working on a healthy realtionship with food and working on a healthy weight goal..which for me is about 145# or so….my highest weight i think was around 220# yuck i  donot want to ever go there again….. well thats it for now see u guys later

havent been on in a while…………

well i havent been on in soo long but im back now…..wasnt able to acess the net for awhile…anyway ive been bouncing back in for w my weight up n down n up n down…..but i finaly started losing again a few days ago so im back motvaited!!YAY!!! I WILL DO THIS!!!  I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON MYSELF!!!!:) today was a good day ive kept withing my good new eating habits…no sugar and low carbs…..also ive decided to go back to school and study nutrtion or something on that path……so yay for me

Well ive finally joined a gym! Mind you its only Curves im not going to a coed gym…scary….but ive been four times this week and really like it….im making changes this year and this is big for me ….im slowly coming out of my shell that ive been in for like 6 years.YAY!!!
